Q: Where is my Order?
A: You can check your Order from your Account any time.
Q: How can I revised/cancel my Order?
A: You can revise your luggage any time prior to settle the payment. However after Order has been completed, if you would like to revise or cancel your Order within 24 hours (prior to we ship your package), you can contact us at service@trafiti.com, we will cancel your Order accordingly without further procedure. However, after the package we ship to you, you may only be able to Refund your package.
